📄 Return & Refund Policy – Noor Medical Store
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may or may not be accepted by Noor Medical Store. By purchasing any product or service, the customer (“you”) accepts and agrees to the terms mentioned below without objection.

Returns or refunds are not guaranteed and depend solely on store approval.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return / Refund
The following items are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable:

Prescription-based medicines

Opened or unsealed medicines/strips/bottles

Temperature-sensitive items (insulin, vaccines, injections, syrups)

Personal care, hygiene, or intimate medical products

Medicines purchased under discount, offers, or promotions

Any product damaged after delivery due to customer handling or storage
⚠️ No return/refund if the customer changes their mind after purchase.
3. When Return / Refund May Be Considered
A return or refund may be reviewed only if:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery

The wrong item was delivered by the store

Proof (photo/video) is provided within 24 hours of receiving the product
A return request without proof or outside the given time limit will be rejected.
4. Inspection & Approval Process

The product will be checked before approval.

The store may request images, videos, or original packaging for verification.

If accepted, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
✔ Approval depends solely on store judgment, not customer preference.
5. Payment & Transaction Terms

UPI/QR payments are final.

The store is not responsible for wrong UPI transfers made by the customer.

Banking delays, failed transactions, or technical issues are not the responsibility of the store.
6. Legal Rights of the Store
Noor Medical Store reserves the right to:

✔ Refuse returns without justification
