Noor Medical Store has the authority to deny medicines if the prescription is unclear, expired, forged, or suspicious.
Prescriptions must be shared via WhatsApp or shown physically for verification when asked.
3️⃣ Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change based on the latest MRP or availability.
Payment is accepted through cash, UPI, QR, or other approved methods.
Orders will be confirmed only after complete payment, unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only in special approved cases.
4️⃣ Returns, Exchange & Refund
Opened, used, or damaged medicines cannot be returned.
Temperature-sensitive items (insulin, syringes, injections, cold-chain medicines) are not returnable or replaceable.
Prescription medicines can be returned only if packaging is sealed & bill available, and approval is granted.
Refund processing timeline varies by case and mode of payment.

Delivery availability depends on location, time, and staff availability.
Delivery charges may apply; free delivery is not guaranteed.
