📄 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Noor Medical Store
This Cancellation & Refund Policy is created to protect the business rights of Noor Medical Store. By purchasing or placing an order with us, the customer (“you”) agrees to the following terms without objection.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, packed, or dispatched.
Prescription-based medicines, health products, or medical items are non-cancellable.
If the customer fails to provide required prescription or details, the store has the right to cancel the order without refund.
Store reserves full authority to cancel orders due to stock issues, legal reasons, or verification failure.
✔ Cancellation approval is at store discretion only.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on store approval. Refunds are only considered if:
The item is unavailable or out of stock
The store cancels the order internally
Wrong product delivered due to store error (proof required)
No Refund In The Following Cases:
Customer changes mind after ordering
Wrong order placed by customer
Prescription-based medicines
Items opened, used, or tampered with
Damages due to customer handling or storage
⚠️ No refund will be given without proper valid proof.
3. Return / Replacement Policy
Return or replacement is only accepted if:
The product delivered is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
Proof (photo/video) is provided within 24 hours
Not Eligible for Return / Replacement:
Opened medical strips, bottles, or blister packs
Temperature-sensitive products (insulin, injections, etc.)
Personal care / hygiene products (creams, syrups, ointments)
Items purchased on discount or offer
✔ Decision of Noor Medical Store will be final.
4. Payment & Transaction Terms
UPI/QR payments are final; store is not responsible for wrong transfers.
Bank delays or failures are responsibility of the payment provider, not the store.
Refund (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
5. Store Rights
Noor Medical Store reserves the right to:
✔ Accept, reject, or cancel any order
✔ Approve or deny refunds based on internal review
✔ Modify this policy anytime without prior notice
